Tyrolean mountain inn

Another highlight of the Tannenalm is the restaurant's sun garden with its wonderful panoramic terrace, covered pergola, exclusive sun loungers and colourful children's playground. The hearty delicacies, homemade cakes, ice cream and coffee specialities taste even better against the imposing mountain backdrop!

Opening hours

  • Tuesday to Sunday - hot meals all day from 11.30 am to 8.30 pm
  • Monday closed, open on all public holidays!
  • In addition to the menu, we also have a changing daily menu with seasonal products!

A perfect morning
When the sun peeks over the mountain peaks in the morning, the Tannenalm smells of freshly baked bread and freshly roasted coffee! The 18-metre-long breakfast buffet provides an energetic start to the day with the finest coffee specialities, hot dishes from the show kitchen, fruit, a muesli corner, homemade yoghurt, fresh dairy products from our own farm, sausage specialities from our own butcher's shop and many other delicacies.

Enjoy the night-time view of the flickering lights of the Zillertal and round off an eventful day with specialities from our restaurant.

Authentic flavour

Your host Helmut Kröll and his dedicated kitchen team welcome you to our cosy inn in the Zillertal. Here we combine fresh products from the region with a great deal of flair and down-to-earth cooking skills to conjure up delicious delicacies and vitamin-rich culinary delights.

At our inn in the Zillertal, we attach great importance to careful preparation. Many of our flavour-giving ingredients, such as stocks and basic sauces, are made by our kitchen team themselves. This is how we guarantee quality and flavour at the highest level.

Did you know why our juices and lemonades taste so uniquely good? Our refreshing drinks from our dispensing system are prepared with the healthy and mineral-rich mountain spring water from our own spring at 1,200 metres above sea level and served ice-cold.
